Madden 26 NFL Draft Part Three Guide: Rewards, Market Tips

The NFL Draft promo has been one of the better promos we have seen during endgame Madden 26. The biggest issue has been the servers, but as far as the content itself goes, this promo is genuinely good. Whether you choose to buy Mut 26 coins to build your ultimate team or grind your way through the events, having enough coin reserves will help you take full advantage of the market dips and top-tier player cards. With Part Three launching, here is everything you need to know about events, the market, field passes, and which cards are worth your time.

1. NFL Draft Head-to-Head Event – The Best Way to Get High-Overall Players

The NFL Draft head-to-head event is one of the best events we have had in some time. It does not use skill-based matchmaking, so it is relatively easy to grind.

Here is the reward structure for winning games in the event:

One win – One Legendary Season Eight player (96+ overall)

Two wins – One event token

Three wins – Two 97+ overall NFL Draft players (rookies)

Four wins – One 98 overall player

Five wins (without getting two losses) – One 99 overall Draft player

The event rewards will refresh on April 30th with Part Three of the NFL Draft promo.

Recommendation: Grind the online event now. Get the event token, but hold onto it. Do not spend it yet. When All-Star Athletes rolled over to Part Two of the promo, the pack updated with the new player (Vince Wilfork as a kicker) even if you already had the pack on your account. The same could happen with Part Three.

2. CPU Event – Efficient Use of Your Time

The CPU event player right now is Tuli Tuipulotu, and that card is absolutely terrible. However, the CPU event rewards will also refresh on Thursday.

Pro tip: You can win the CPU event today and then hold onto the pack until tomorrow. This is a more efficient use of your time. The pack will update with the new Part Three CPU event player when you open it after the refresh.

Note that you actually have to complete the event fully. You cannot get ten wins and then stop. I believe it is 15 total wins to reach the end.

3. NFL Draft Field Pass – Max Out Your Players

With Part Three going live, you will now be able to:

Max out your Mecole Hardman or Trent McDuffie (the two Welcome Event players)

Unlock the other Welcome Item player that you did not choose initially

If you have not already knocked out most of the stats, event stuff, sets, and challenges, get all of this done. You should be around level 10 or level 11 in this field pass. Once content goes live, finish it off.

The Emeka card (the four-team chemistry player) is going to be really good. He has all NFL team chemistries, making him a great WR2 or WR3 for any theme team. That alone is a win.

4. Store Packs – A Cautious Approach

Coin packs have not been very good. Training packs have not been good either.

Recommendation: Never buy training with the intent to open training rerolls. The odds have been poor, and the store has had technical issues.

That said, EA did release some interesting special offers recently:

A $40 pack

A $100 bundle

A $20 LTD opportunity pack

As far as Madden 26 opportunity packs go, this was one of the better drops. This model is better for the game because it makes things cheaper across the board. Whether you spend money or not, if you have coins to spend, there need to be good packs and good special offers.

Wish for Madden 27: Make menus more fun. Improve pack odds on training packs and coin packs. Fun menus drive daily logins and player retention. People will play the game longer if the menus are more enjoyable.

5. Market Advice – Sell Before Part Three

Whenever we go from Part One to Part Two of a promo, there is a market dip. The Draft promo is a little weird because we had Part One, then Draft Night live stuff, and now Part Three launching over a week after Part One.

The Part One Draft players and the NFL rookies are all relatively expensive right now. Fully expect these players to get cheaper tomorrow.

Who to sell:

Any expensive Draft champions selling for over 400,000 coins – sell them off

This includes Mendoza, Jeremiah Love, Marcel Reece, and other 99 overall champions

Draft 96s – sell them as soon as you can. Their price is relatively up right now

Who to wait on buying:

Dorian Williams – wait until Thursday

D'Onta Hightower Johnson – this card is not very good anyway

Antonio Johnson (400k) – up to you, but I would not buy

Tunsil – wait for Thursday

Costanzo and Loveland – sell

Jordan Morgan – the card does not get Secure Protector, so sell

Marvin Harrison – sell

Marcel Reece – 500k for a fullback is a sell every day

The exception: Mendoza is the best quarterback in the game. If you need coins, you could sell him and just use Josh Allen. But if you are playing hours over the next few days, keeping him is fine.

6. Why Part One Draft Cards Will Get Even Cheaper

There is a real chance that Part Three champions have passive X-factors. Every single 99 overall player that has dropped since the Draft Night live promo has had passive X-factors in that last ability bucket slot. The Part One Draft players do not have passive X-factors.

If Part Three players get passive X-factors, they will objectively be better than anything from Part One. Passive X-factors are multiple abilities tied into one. They are better than normal abilities, even if some cards get mid-tier passive X-factors.

Note: Passive X-factors cost 4 AP, which is more expensive. But even with that cost, they are still better.

If Part Three champions have passive X-factors, Part One champions will only get cheaper.

7. Other Market Considerations – Ring of Honor, Golden Tickets & Theme Team Surge

Ring of Honor cards (like Aaron Donald at 1.5 million coins) skyrocketed because EA removed the sets and has not brought them back. They will get cheaper over time, but right now they are expensive.

Golden Tickets drop next week. To prepare, either get your credit card ready or save your coins. Golden tickets will be very good and should drop some of the more upper-tier cards. Even if Golden Tickets do not have Freight Train on running backs, they should still drop the prices of top-tier players.

Marshawn Lynch will get cheaper for two reasons:

He will eventually get a Redux (probably in two or three weeks at the start of Season Nine)

More running backs will be able to do what he can do

Theme Team Surge drops the second week of May. This is the endgame promo of all endgame promos. A lot of players you will end your Madden 26 team with will drop during this promo.

8. When to Buy vs. When to Wait

The rest of the market is in a fairly stable place right now. Cards will obviously get cheaper over time, but if you want to use any 98s or 97s at this point, you might as well go and buy them.

It is becoming that time of the year. May 1st is Friday with the end of Head-to-Head Rank Session Eight. May, June, and July are iffy because that is Rookie Premiere season and College Football 27 season. Then we are moving toward Madden 27.

Best advice: If there is a player you want to use and you have the coins for it, just go and get them.

9. Keep Grinding Your Season Eight Field Pass

This is your daily reminder to continue grinding your Season Eight Field Pass.

Weekly XP will refresh today

More promo XP will go live with Part Three

The premium field pass is the best $15 you can spend in this game

If you want to spend money on Madden right now, the premium pass is the best way to go.

Final Tips

First, the Draft promo has been genuinely good. The biggest issue has been the servers, not the content. Do not let server problems stop you from engaging with the rewards.

Second, hold your event token. There is a chance the Part Three event player is better than Zach Thomas.

Third, sell expensive Part One champions now. The combination of normal market trends, Part Three passive X-factors, and a second run at the event will push prices down.

Fourth, if you have not finished your Season Eight Field Pass, get it done. The premium pass is worth the $15 if you choose to spend.

Finally, for Flashbacks, prioritize Kenny Clark for Cowboys theme teams and Cordarrelle Patterson if he is cheap. Jaire Alexander is worth looking at if his price is reasonable.

The Draft promo has been one of the better endgame promos we have seen since Zero Chill. It is a shame the servers decided to break now, but the content itself is solid. If you are looking to build your squad without breaking the bank, you can find cheap Madden nfl 26 coins at MMOEXP to help you stay competitive during this promo. Grind the events, play the market dip, and enjoy Part Three.
