It's best to RS Gold level up all of your combat stats as much as you can. Each combat style has it's own important place in the game, and you'll need all 3 eventually.


If you just want to rush some quests early on without spending too much time leveling, then using ranged is a decent way to go. Range allows you to attack from a distance and safespot your opponents, which is helpful in quest fights.


The best item that's actually fairly steady and buyable in mass quantities will probably be air battlestaffs. There may be more cost efficent items you can find with GE tracker/calculators but there won't usually be enough for sale at that price to realistically alch for xp.You will be at a disadvantage compared to other zerkers of the same combat level,and people will laugh at you (people are mean and if/when they see your stats they will know). Its probably not a huge disadvantage but its still there.
